Comprehensive range of industrial components manufactured to your exact specifications
CNC MachiningMechPart Pro delivers high-precision CNC turned and milled components engineered for mission-critical applications across aerospace, medical device, and automotive industries. Our multi-axis machining centers (5-axis simultaneous, Swiss-type turning) achieve tolerances as tight as ±0.005 mm with exceptional repeatability across production runs of 100 to 10,000+ units. We process a comprehensive range of materials including 6061-T6/7075-T6 aluminum, 303/304/316/17-4PH stainless steel, Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) titanium, C360 free-cutting brass, and engineering plastics such as PEEK and Delrin. Every part undergoes automated in-machine probing during production and post-process CMM verification against the CAD model, with full dimensional reports (AS9102 FAI available upon request). Surface finish capabilities range from as-machined Ra 1.6 μm to mirror-polished Ra 0.2 μm. Typical applications include hydraulic manifold blocks, surgical instrument components, UAV structural brackets, fuel system fittings, semiconductor wafer handling components, and precision optical mounts. Lead times for standard parts are 2–4 weeks; expedited service is available at 5–7 business days for urgent requirements.
FastenersMechPart Pro manufactures a complete range of industrial fasteners to international standards including DIN, ISO, ANSI/ASME, JIS, and BS. We produce hex bolts, socket head cap screws, hex flange bolts, carriage bolts, stud bolts, set screws, hex nuts, lock nuts (nylon insert, all-metal prevailing torque), flange nuts, flat washers, spring lock washers, and custom fasteners in metric sizes from M3 to M64 and imperial sizes from #4 to 2-1/2 inch. Material grades include carbon steel 4.8/8.8/10.9/12.9, stainless steel A2-70/A4-80 (304/316), alloy steel ASTM A193 B7/B16, and brass. Surface finishes include zinc plating (clear/yellow/black), hot-dip galvanizing, zinc-nickel alloy plating (720+ hour salt spray), Xylan/PTFE coating, Dacromet, and Geomet for high-corrosion environments. All fasteners undergo lot-level mechanical testing (tensile, proof load, hardness) with full traceability back to the heat number. Certified to ISO 898-1, ASTM A193/A194, and customer-specific specifications. Minimum order quantity of 1,000 pieces with volume pricing tiers at 5K, 25K, and 100K+ units.
CastingMechPart Pro's metal casting division provides comprehensive foundry services encompassing green sand casting, resin sand casting (furan/alkaline phenolic), investment (lost-wax) casting, gravity die casting, and high-pressure die casting (HPDC). We pour ferrous and non-ferrous alloys including gray iron (EN-GJL-150 to 350), ductile iron (EN-GJS-400-18 to 700-2), carbon steel (WCB, LCB), low-alloy steel, stainless steel (CF8/CF8M/CF3M), aluminum (A356, AlSi10Mg, A380), zinc (Zamak 3/5), and copper alloys (C83600, C95400 bronze). Our largest flask size accommodates castings up to 2,500 × 2,000 × 1,200 mm with a maximum single-piece weight of 5,000 kg for iron and 800 kg for steel. Each casting lot includes spectrometer-verified chemistry reports, mechanical test bars (tensile, yield, elongation), and NDT as specified: MPI for ferrous, dye penetrant for non-ferrous, and industrial radiography (RT) for critical aerospace or pressure-containing components. Post-casting services include heat treatment (annealing, normalizing, quench & temper, solution treatment + aging), shot blasting, CNC machining of datums and critical features, and hydrostatic pressure testing up to 350 bar.
Stamping / Sheet MetalMechPart Pro's stamping division operates 25 mechanical and servo presses ranging from 45 to 630 tons, equipped with automated coil feeding and straightening lines for efficient high-volume production. We specialize in progressive die stamping (ideal for complex parts with multiple features that can be formed in a single die progression), transfer die stamping (for larger parts requiring individual station handling), and deep drawing up to 200 mm depth from blank. Materials processed include cold-rolled steel (DC01–DC06, SPCC), hot-dip galvanized (DX51D+Z), stainless steel (304, 316L, 430), aluminum (5052, 5754, 6061), copper (C11000), and brass (C26000) in thicknesses from 0.3 mm to 6 mm. Our in-house toolroom designs and builds progressive dies with carbide insert tooling for high-wear areas, achieving die life of 500,000 to 2,000,000 strokes. Secondary operations include in-die tapping (M2–M10), insert nut pressing (PEM, Clinch), automated welding, and inline vision inspection. Production volumes typically range from 50,000 to 5,000,000+ pieces per year. Typical products include electrical enclosures and busbars, automotive brackets and seat components, HVAC mounting frames, consumer appliance structural panels, and medical device chassis components.
