Mechpart produces hot-forged and cold-forged components that deliver the grain-flow integrity and fatigue resistance demanded by heavy-industry applications. Our forging capabilities cover part weights from 0.1 kg to 50 kg in carbon steel (1045, 4140), alloy steel (4340, 8620), stainless steel (304, 316, 17-4PH), and aluminum alloys, with secondary heat-treatment options including quench-and-temper, normalizing, annealing, and induction hardening. Closed-die, open-die, and upset forging processes are available, supported by in-house die design and CNC finish machining for net-shape delivery. End-use segments include automotive driveline (connecting rods, steering knuckles, axle shafts), heavy machinery (track links, bucket pins, ripper shanks), oil-and-gas (flanges, valve bodies, pup joints rated to API 6A), and power generation (turbine blade preforms, generator shaft couplings). Components are routinely tested to ASTM, ASME, and customer-specific standards with full mill-cert traceability included as standard—not as a line-item surcharge. Why forge with Mechpart?
